Always a touchy issue, I happened across a group of young people, many with faces hidden, protesting against Foie Gras outside Fuel Restuarant on 4th (one of my absolute favorites), in full view of their open kitchen and long-faced sous chefs. The diners at Maenam next door were particularly affected, with their big open windows. Police chased the protesters off a couple of times before they gave up. MMmmm.. foie gras.
