Ahh, the summer salad. Mark Bittman completely lost his mind and posted 101 summer salads, in near-’twecipie‘ format and mostly of the vegan variety. If you need inspiration for salad making, you cant do much better, read here. And he has a video on salad dressings, here – worth watching just for the montage at the beginning… what a guy.
