
According to Jay Rayner in his book The Man Who Ate the World: In Search of the Perfect Dinner, the best cut of camel meat is 10 inches below the hump. This may not be useful information in areas of the world with smaller ovens (and fewer camels) but one camel product is coming to a store near you: camel milk chocolate. Richer in fat and protein than Cow milk, camel milk is considered an aphrodisiac in Ethiopia, and cannot be made into butter via the normal churning method. The company behind this, Al Nassma, aims to become the Godiva of the Middle East.
