I have read some articles about how differently people perceive wine when the test is blind. And so I was excited to be invited to Taste, a Blind BC Wine Tasting event on December 4th, celebrating BC wine and cuisine. The wine tasting features 2 wines in each of 5 categories of taste: crisp, aromatic, elegant, smooth and spicy. Each category will be paired with small plates of BC-wild and organic leaning, and it sounds like fun!  The event aims to raise money for the Mount Pleasant Elementary School, and is being organized by  Swallow Tail Culinary Tours, and catered by the garden party supper club. Hope to see you there!
