A delicious dinner at the impressive Santceloni, Madrid, a Relais & Chateaux restaurant holding 2 Michelin stars. Catalan chef Santi Santamaría’ s hometown restaurante Can Fabes holds three Michelin stars, making him one of Spain’s most celebrated chefs, and Santceloni is widely expected to become Madrid’s first 3 star restaurant. Santamaría has been in the press lately for his public accusations against the molecular gastronomy movement, and its leader and fellow Catalan, Ferran Adrià.
