		<description>There are two forms of tripe. Depending if it was braised with soy sauce, it tends to have darker colour. If that is the case, it could the dish at 12 o&#039;clock, right to the left of the steamer basket where you have two haa gao missing, hehehehe. If the tripe wasn&#039;t braised, then it is the one in the dead centre. As for the &quot;phoenix talons&quot; (hehehehe), it is the one right at 2 o&#039;clock from dead centre.

What surprises me is that everything came at the same time, nobody ate much so you could take that picture!</description>
