I may be distracted at the moment, but Javier has his eye on the ball. Exploring Lithuania on a whim, he sent in these Lithuanian cepelinai or zeppelin dumplings. These are hearty dumplings made with grated potatoes and stuffed with minced meat, although sometimes cheese curd or mushrooms are used. This is a Lithuanian national dish and is named for its shape, like a zeppelin (or football) between 10-20cm. They are made bigger in the west of the country.

Thanks Javier!
