There is a buzz around Vancouver about Bao Bei, a new “Chinese brasserie” at Keefer and Main Steet. Located steps from Chinatown institutions such as Floata and in an area that is gentrifying quickly, Beo Bei seems to have its timing just right.

Dim Sum at Floata

A review will have to wait, but I got this photo with a blackberry at our xmas lunch at Floata. This was before all the food arrived (and I may never have to eat again). See if you can pick out the various tripe dishes and the chicken feet!!
